The OFFICIAL and ONLY Carnival in Bermuda J’ouvert!
J.A.M. will be a 7-hour event that will take place from 3:00am to 9:00am. Listen and dance to Calypso and soca music while we cover you and you cover each other in paint, powder and water for one of the best cultural experiences you will EVER experience!

FAQs
The J’ouvert will take place at the City Hall Car Park. This centrally located car park will be transformed into a concrete Jungle called JAM in the Jungle!
I am an International Patron, how can I get to J’ouvert?
The J’ouvert will take place at the City Hall Car Park located centrally, which makes it easily accessible by public and private transportation! You can travel there easily by bus, minibus, taxi or vehicle. This centrally located car park allows us ample space to fete, in addition to being conveniently located by public transportation.
Where is the parking?
We advise all patrons to Park at Bulls Head Car Park.
Do I have to bring my own powder, paint? Am I allowed to do so?
No need to bring additional items, paint and powder will be provided.
Can I know what the t-shirt package looks like?
Yes, distribution will happen the week of June 12th.

Yes, there is a cost! We have limited early bird packages available starting @ $135. Package price will increase to $160.

What will happen at the event?
The J’ouvert experience will consists of partying and dancing to Calypso and soca music while we cover you and you cover each other in paint, powder and water for one of the best cultural experiences you will EVER experience! We will have MANY fete surprises at this event, so you have to be there to experience it. Your all-inclusive package not only includes the above, but you also will have full access to alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, food, T-shirt, Cup & Bag.
You don’t want to miss this Bermudian event as part of your Carnival in Bermuda experience.
What else to bring or consider to enjoy my J’ouvert experience like locals?
These are a few items you may want to bring to a water, powder and paint fete like J’ouvert, but these are totally optional: Bring a pair of shades, your Waterproof Phone Cases (if you want to take photos while JAMing), waterproof camera, comfortable shoes and clothing that you don’t mind getting wet or paint on. Many patrons who don’t want to have to wash out their hair after, cover their heads with shower caps, headwraps, plastic bags, but that is totally optional to the individual.
Will we have bathroom access?
Yes, portable bathrooms will be at the venue for your convenience.
Will there be any road blocks?
Yes, Victoria and Wesley Street will be blocked.
Do I need my ID to enter?
Yes, for JAM Official Government issues IDs or passports are required to enter. Remember 18 and over ONLY are allowed in.
